I've forgotten my pass.

If you've forgotten your pass, please press the intercom button to let a staff member know. To be able to confirm your identity, you will be required to provide us with your pass number.

You can choose to lend your pass to someone, however, please remember that your pass only permits entry and exit of one vehicle. If we are unable to verify your identity or have identified another user has entered or exited the car park with the same pass number previously, you will be required to pay for the period you have stayed in the car park.
