Online Payments, Billing and Invoicing

Our website and App accept all major credit cards, allowing you to pre-pay with ease! For more information on accepted credit cards, please sign in and open Account Details and select 'Payment Methods'. Here you can add up to 3 different card payment types.

The majority of our car parks are ticketless and cashless so you will be required to pay using an accepted credit card via entry kiosk, in car park machine or using the Secure Parking App. To find out if you need to download the Secure Parking App to pay for parking see the car park details web page. It states 'Parking here is paid for using the Secure Parking App' only then please follow the prompts to download before parking for convenience. Please note, we charge a 2.3% surcharge for any payment made via credit card at the in car park payment machines or a $0.50 fee when using the Secure Parking App to pay for drive up parking which is included in the rates shown on the website or stated on the App. 

Finding the tax receipt for your transaction is easy. Simply sign in to your Account Details and select 'Activity Statement' on web or 'History' on App, then select the date range of the booking. Your confirmation is not a tax receipt. Tax receipts are not stored indefinitely, therefore, we encourage you to download receipts immediately to ensure they are available when you need them. If historical receipts are required please complete the online form here ensuring all fields are completed and correct.

All you have to do is submit the online form here. Please ensure you complete all fields, which helps us locate your receipt.

When at the online checkout or payment screen, and have an in credit gift card balance, choose the gift card you wish to apply to your payment from the Gift Card drop down field. This will then apply your credit against to your full or part parking payment reducing the charges owed.
