We’re experiencing a delay in processing selected Secure-a-Spot transactions. If you have noticed your transactions are taking longer to process than usual, read on for more information.
What does this mean for our customers and their bookings?
Your credit card and security has been maintained and has not been impacted, whatsoever. The entire Secure-A-Spot payment process is certified to the highest possible level of Credit Card compliance rules, called PCI, and is subject to annual review and auditing by specialised external auditors.
If you have received your Secure-a-Spot PIN, your booking has been successful and will be ready to use at the car park. Please enter this at the entry and the exit as normal.
There will be a delay in your Secure-a-Spot transaction appearing on your card statement. This will process over the next few days and will only be for the amount agreed to when you made your booking.
