Yes. For a single booking, you can cancel a booking up to 60 minutes prior to the Entry Time of your booking period. If you have booked multiple days, you can cancel individual bookings up to 60 minutes prior to each booking's arrival date and time. Once you are within 60 minutes of your booking's Entry Time, you will not be able to cancel your booking.
You can cancel your booking by looking up your booking in the "My Current Bookings" tool in the 'My Account" page when you are logged into Secure-a-Spot.
If you have paid with your credit card, you will receive the full amount charged for your booking back to your credit card if a single booking or for multiple bookings in the one transaction whereby the first booking entry date has not passed. $2.00 per booking is retained (which is made up of the $1.00 Cancellation Fee plus $1.00 Booking Fee). This will be applied back to your bank account within 5 - 10 business days.
If you have paid in full or partly with a gift card credit, the full amount charged for your booking, less $2.00 (which is made up of the $1.00 Cancellation Fee plus $1.00 Booking Fee), will be applied as a gift card credit onto your Secure-a-Spot account immediately.

You can change the arrival date of any booking up to 60 minutes prior to the Entry Time of your booking period.
In the event that you require assistance for a Secure-a-Spot booking at the entry of the Secure-a-Spot car park, we recommend that you press the intercom button and speak to one of our friendly customer service team members. They will have access to the Secure-a-Spot system and will be able to verify the details of your booking and assist.
