My ticket isn't registering when I put it into the machine, what can I do?

Check that the ticket is valid and that you are entering it the correct way, as shown on the car park equipment.

If the ticket is still not registering, please contact our National Customer Care team by pressing the intercom on our car park equipement, or by calling 1300 727 483 and selecting option 2.
