I need a receipt for my Secure-a-Spot booking

Forgotten to request a receipt or lose the one you had? We can help!

If you made a booking via Secure-a-Spot, your Booking Confirmation is your receipt. The base of the confirmation acts as your tax invoice.

If you haven't made a booking and are a casual or permanent parker, we recommend contacting us. You can do so by clicking the "Submit a Request" button at the top of this page, selecting "My Parking/Service Experience" and "I'd like a parking receipt".

Follow the prompts to complete the form and a team member will be in touch as soon as possible. Please note that in order to locate your reciept, all questions within the receipt form must be completed. Without all information, it may not be possible to locate your receipt.
