My rate has changed, what options are available to me?

We understand that rate changes may come as a bit of shock and for that reason we want our customer's to know what options are available to them, should you receive one.

Some examples include:

- Transferring to a different car park

Why do we do rate increases? Rate changes allow us to regulate supply and demand in the car park, which is important to ensure that we are encouraging the best chance of availability for all of our parkers. Regulating demand within the car park also helps us to minmise queues and delays that will slow you down from getting you to where you're going.
