What does "Pass Back Error" mean?

This message appears when your pass is out of sync. This can happen if you swipe in at entry, but don’t on exit. If you notice a boomgate is open on exit, or entry, we encourage you to still swipe your pass in order to prevent this error. If you find yourself stuck, call us on 1300 727 483 or press the intercom button for assistance.
